Tax on married filing jointly

2017 Taxable income 75,900 -- Tax 10,453

2018 Taxable income 77,400 -- Tax 8,907

That's where I get my 15% reduction from.

Your mileage my vary. I give enough to charity to stay out of the 2017 25% and 2018 22% tax brackets.

But its kind of like comparing apples to oranges because of the changes.
