 Re read my mathematical example. Giovanni is taking us for a ride when quoting non GAAP numbers when the annual amortization is recurring and circa $4.50 per share annually.
 
How can you ignore it? 
And Giovanni to avoid a similar repeat (earnings gerrymandering) already wrote off asa one time charge the full cost of acquiring Mycordia (circa $11B) last year so that the amortization will no show up in in the GAAP figures going forward as the sum total of this charge plus Celgene amortization would be very high.
