Re: Interesting Thornburg Mortgage May File Chapter 11 BankruptcyI don't think it's BK, but I'm way confused. Why in the heck would MP give back common shares? What is the conflict of interest that made them resign from the board? Are they gonna sue? Are they gonna be the white knight? I don't have much at stake here now, but I'm real curious.
