Re: AT&T Is Spending Billions to Wire U.S. for Fast Internet as Rivals Take Different PatI live out in the boonies and AT&T ran a fiber optic line down my street, along the telecom and cable TV poles about 5 days ago. I have AT&T U-Verse Internet which I am using right now. Sometime soon the fiber optic line will get activated and I should see a difference. A big difference. I live outside the city limits, not too far though. Still I am a bit surprised they brought it out here since homes are so widely spaced. Good news. |
