The Lender X Overhaul By Streetlinks---Looking good for the Longs
A special section of The Indianapolis Star recognized StreetLinks as one of 2011's Top Workplaces. StreetLinks joins 65 other outstanding companies from Central Indiana whose employees were surveyed on criteria such as direction, execution and the effectiveness of their management, three areas in which StreetLinks obtained exceptional survey scores. Each year, Top Workplaces selects companies from 24 major cities around the country to receive the award. Over 1.2 million surveys have been completed in the United States in hopes of receiving the honor.
Top Workplaces celebrates organizations that maintain high values for innovation, ethics and operational efficiency. These standards are abundant at StreetLinks, proven by the massive growth in employee base, facility size and transaction volume the company has experienced in the last two years. StreetLinks CEO Steve Haslam credits his employees with the success.
"We are honored to be selected and thrilled that our employees feel the way they do about working at StreetLinks. We have experienced over 1500% growth during the past 18 months and it's a direct result of our team's commitment to the StreetLinks philosophy of doing things right and doing right things," said Haslam.

Upcoming features to boost your LenderX™ experience.
LenderX™, our lender-executed appraisal management software, hasn’t stopped evolving since day one, and quarter two presented opportunities for some major additions to the LenderX™ platform.
Free-Form QC Manager for Underwriters
Underwriters will view a split screen, one side displaying the appraisal report, the other a free-form stipulation manager where they can craft stipulations to send directly to the appraiser, eliminating middleman communications, improving revision turn-times and allowing underwriters to better judge report quality before approval. Appraisers will be required to respond to each stipulation until the underwriter accepts the report. An audit history of all communications will be kept for compliance.
Extended Appraiser Panel Options
LenderX™’s improved assignment process allows lenders to connect with LenderX™ Appraisers outside of their invited panel, creating a temporary or permanent connection with that appraiser. During manual assignment, IAs will choose from two tabs: Preferred Appraisers, their invited panel, and LenderX™ Appraisers, other available appraisers in the network, vastly increasing the lender’s coverage as they need it.
Customized Order Workflow
Lenders can specify milestones for their order process, tailoring their workflow to fit their needs. Lenders can create unique milestones or use StreetLinks’ defaults to ensure appraisal orders are completed to their standards every time. StreetLinks onboarding team will assist with milestone setup, but milestones can be altered at any time.
Appraiser Exclusionary Lists
LenderX™ now checks against all major exclusionary lists plus each lender or investor’s unique exclusionary lists to ensure that blacklisted appraisers do not appear for appraisal assignment.
Improved Communications Flow
LenderX™ has simplified order communications with a streamlined new interface with more intuitive options for recipients, while still prohibiting non-compliant communications between restricted parties. LenderX™ will also be launching Phase One of our task dashboard where users will see a “to-do” list of system activities that require their attention. The task dashboard provides one-click drill-down into a task, task locking and more.
These new features are only the beginning! Current LenderX™ users can contact LenderX™ Support to learn about all of the new LenderX™ features at 1.877.263.0220 or lenderx@streetlinks.com.

StreetLinks’ logo isn’t the only thing that has gone green. We're abandoning the bad habits and are reducing, reusing and recycling more than ever! Use these easy tips from StreetLinks’ Green Team to reduce your carbon footprint in the workplace.
StreetLinks' Top 5 Green Initiatives:
1. Ditch the Styrofoam
StreetLinks Indianapolis and StreetLinks Milwaukee passed out ceramic coffee mugs to employees, eliminating the need for (and cost of) environmentally harmful, disposable Styrofoam cups.
2. Start a Recycling Program
Team up with a local recycling service like StreetLinks did. Ray’s Trash Service in Indianapolis, IN gave StreetLinks four 90-gallon trash totes for employees to fill with plastics, aluminums and glass. Ray’s removes the recyclables every other week, creating a consistent and effortless recycling regimen.
3. Replace (or Remove) Your Light Bulbs
StreetLinks Indianapolis’ high window count decreases the need for bright fluorescents throughout the office. StreetLinks has been able to fully remove about two bulbs from each light in the building, drastically reducing electric use and costs. If this is feasible in your office, go for it! If not, try an alternative: Replace some of your light bulbs with compact fluorescent lights or energy saving light bulbs.
4. "When Not in Use, Kill the Juice!"
The StreetLinks Green Team implemented the “When Not in Use, Kill the Juice,” slogan to remind employees to conserve electricity wherever possible. Make sure the lights are off in break rooms, bathrooms and common areas around the office when no one is using them. Post signs around the office, put stickers on switch plates or send office-wide emails to get everyone on board.
5. Double-Sided Printing
According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, printing double-sided can cut your paper usage in half. StreetLinks has posted signs encouraging employees to do so, but if you’re especially interested in saving trees and money, set the default settings on your printers and computers to print double-sided automatically.

How can these new products aid servicers and originators?
At StreetLinks, our singular focus on valuation ensures that our concerns directly coincide with our clients’ concerns, and right now, there are two areas that come to mind:
• Servicers need an accurate, affordable valuation solution. • Originators need an affordable, compliant desktop appraisal to better understand the subject's property value prior to moving forward with a customer.
StreetLinks' upcoming form products will put these concerns to rest.
StreetLinks Liquidation Value Report (LVR)
What is LVR?
StreetLinks LVR is a USPAP-compliant valuation report providing a detailed breakdown of the subject property’s forward looking 90 day liquidation value. LVR carefully analyzes listing and sold comparables and neighborhood market data to ensure a more reliable and affordable valuation solution. With StreetLinks LVR, you’ll receive a trusted market value the first time every time.
Who Performs the LVR?
We don’t have a nationwide panel of qualified, licensed appraisers for nothing! Each LVR is performed by a local licensed StreetLinks appraiser ensuring that you receive a reliable, unbiased report with an impartial opinion.
Which StreetLinks Solutions Support LVR?
LVRs will be ordered easily through StreetLinks' online LenderPlus™ software. If you would like more information on LenderPlus™, click here.
How Can You Guarantee an Accurtate, Quality LVR?
We’re so confident that StreetLinks LVR delivers the level of reliability you need that we back the product with an industry-exclusive warranty.
StreetLinks Desktop Value Report (DVR)
What is DVR?
StreetLinks DVR is a USPAP-compliant desktop appraisal report completed without executing a physical inspection of the subject property. DVR provides an evaluation of the subject’s value based on neighborhood market trends and sold comparables. DVR is an affordable, steadfast solution that allows for fast turn-times with accurate results. Each StreetLinks DVR will be $150. If a full appraisal report needs to be ordered after the DVR, StreetLinks will provide a $75 credit toward the cost of the appraisal.
How Do DVRs Compensate for the Lack of a Physical Property Inspection?
StreetLinks requires that clients who order a DVR provide a detailed Property Questionnaire with their order. This questionnaire assists the appraiser in properly evaluating the subject property, resulting in an accurate desktop appraisal.
Do StreetLinks Appraisers Perdorm DVRs Too?
Yes! One of our 27,000 local and licensed appraisers will perform your DVR.
Which StreetLinks Solutions Support DVR?
DVR will be available through both the LenderX™ and the LenderPlus™ online platforms. To learn more about StreetLinks appraisal solutions, click here.
