Wanto, I'll defer to the Clam, Nip and Movin who very likely have much deeper insight in these matters. However, from my perspective, with the current oversupply situation and the ability to rapidly bring more gas on line, I don't see a substantial up swing in gas prices in the near or intermediate term. There may be macro economic / political factors and events that can change that quickly, but I won't base my investment decisions on a guess/ prayer.
I believe there are currently better opportunities outside of oil and gas if you wanttomakemoney!!! I'm long stocks, with small to moderate positions in oil and gas, but very heavily overweight in cash! I believe better opportunities await for those patient. Historically, this market is extremely rich but where else can vast sums of money be placed to earn a decent return. At some point, the music will stop!
