he wanted to get listed on the NASDAQ STOCK EXCHANGE.  You can't get listed unless your share price is $4/share, we are at  16 CENTS PER SHARE ! He also said NEWS would precede the Reverse Split ratio. I think he wants to attract FUND INVESTMENT which CANNOT invest in penny stocks, which we are !!!

 

'Also you say "skin in the game"  well, it isn't FREE like your investment PNW. PRH does charge us 8% which IS CONVERTIBLE into Common which DILUTES YOUR SHARE at the end.
