Yep. This is the annual meeting, not a quarterly shareholder update conference call. Shareholders were sent notice of the meeting, and could attend if they so desired. They were also sent the proxy materials necessary to register their votes on the three primary topics. There is no obligation for companies to webscast their annual meetings, and the meeting is likely to be a dull affair in any event. I don't understand the suggestions that there is anything untoward going on.
