Four Corners Property Trust purchased a Texas Roadhouse restaurant property in Wisconsin for $1.4 million.

The restaurant real estate investment trust bought the corporate-operated property, which is occupied under a triple-net lease with a remaining term of about eight years, from regional mall REIT Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
