It is not how much each share is worth, because each company has a different amount of shares outstanding. It is more important to look at the market capitalization (market cap) which is the price per share times the number of outstanding shares. Corning is a much bigger company if you look at market cap. GLW is about 28 times bigger than SHFL, based on market cap (so if GLW and SHFL had the same number of shares outstanding, GLW should have a price per share of $784 if SHFL was at $28).
