Why, we never seem to come close to capturing BT’s prediction of 1%?
It’s failed MARKETING, stupid!
We continue to pay people to do busy work, to pretend they’re doing something, while they have no clue and don’t even care to know. There has never been a CEO, team of executives, or board members with the passion for moissanite and the skills to drive the mission of capturing 1% of the jewelry market. From day one, this company (EVERY employee and board member) should have had their #1 focus on marketing. Every day, when they walked out the door, they should have thought, what did I do today that contributed to the awareness and desire for the product that pays my bills. Working at C&C should have been a wonderful experience of spirit, a part of “the revolution”. But did they ever even put up that AWARENESS sign?!
