Goldman Sachs analyst Alexander Duval upgraded Nokia (NOK) to Neutral from Sell with a price target of $2.90, down from $3.00. The analyst sees wireless equipment as one of the more insulated sectors within Europe Tech from a macroeconomic perspective, and as far as COVID-19 is concerned, since it involves the provision of critical infrastructure. However, Duval continues to believe that Nokia's technology lags that of peer Ericsson (ERIC).
