"Stewart won't let up....this is a HUGE story and he should continue to run with it...." In three months, you probably won't remember who Stewart is. He's just another of your momentary Heroes who happened to say something you considered correct, so you immediately moved him to the top of your Heroes List. I'd never watched him, but finally, inevitably, caught some clips of him in news stories. They reminded me of why I don't watch Comedy Central: one more middle-aged "comic" with a foul mouth and a bad temper, who is not funny in any way--no more so than Cramer. Indeed, the two of them together gave one a double reason not to watch the result.
What's funny is that you've spent so much time moving Cramer back and forth between your Heroes List and your Enemies List. He's been a real problem for people here because, whatever he is, his isn't narrowly obsessed with your point of view, which automatically makes him an Enemy, but then, occasionally he says something to back up one of your many obsessions, which gives you pause. It's pretty amusing, actually (although I think Ko-Ko recently settled the issue and pronounced him a permanent Enemy and put him on her execution list--
here's a picture of her doing it).
Maybe Stewart could just move to MSNBC and forget the attempt at "comedy". His personality seems a lot like Keith Olbermann's, and is no less unamusing. In any case, try to remember that his mission is not your mission, and sooner or later, he'll do or say something which you will consider betrayal, and it will shock you out of your little spate of Hero-worship. Then you can explain to us how fickle and shallow he is.
