"They ignore the NFLX and TASRs of the world." Baloney. You ignore them, because they are unwanted examples of how "naked shorting" is pretty much irrelevant to the question of survival. They are heavily shorted, but they survive by being real companies, however flawed, with real products and revenues and no intention of entering into toxic financing deals or wasting most of their time moaning about short selling. You cannot just pretend that they are anomalous failures of the shorting world, at least without being thought a moron, which seems to be your favorite term today for anyone who points out the gaping cracks in your logic.
