As I said James, I have a great deal of respect for NVIDIA CEO and Founder Jensen Huang so I really can't imagine him getting involved with anything fishy nor underhanded. The fact that Coreweave is part of the NVIDIA Inception AI Startup Program bodes well for the respectability of the transaction. A number of well-informed posters on the Seeking Alpha web site have pointed out that funding startups like Coreweave and supplying them with H100 AI GPUs is a way for NVIDIA is indirectly compete with the Cloud Giants like Microsoft, Amazon and Google, all of which makes a lot of sense.
