Plans Schmans. Sorry Hugin and Alles should not have been granted the options. In my late career experience I was eligible for options. They were typically granted quarterly on a performance basis. So even if the planned grant date is tomorrow and I royally screwed the pooch today, then my option grant tomorrow would have been withheld and all future grants withheld until such time that my performance improved to a satisfactory level.
Their grants should have been withheld and future grants withheld until the stock price rises to the previous ATH.
I still think both have to go. Don't care if one or the other are nice guys. You know where they finish.
But if the BOD doesn't have the cojones to fire them at least don't reward them for unacceptable performance.
