Re: Floor dropped out. ktcc
This is probably not the sector to be in during an economic pullback. Not saying it aint cheap. But the neg is they have to depend 100% on forecasts from their customers for their inventory and thus their labor usage etc. And their customers lie (anything to insure more product is ready for them then their projections) so long as KTCC takes the brunt of the hit on financing the inventory. Balance sheet getting heavy in debt, in the past 27 months, debt has risen from $39 million to $105 million.
Now if an insider bought some real number of shares, you'd have more confidence down at these levels. But ....well.. If they forecast another mediocre to crappy qtr going forward, some analyst should really yell at these f'ers during the conf call and tell them to do what management said they would do in some conf call like five years back, when KTCC CEO said in response to a REAL QUESTION by a REAL analyst (not how many freakin win s did you have for the qtr and what is their expected runrate?) that yes, if they weren't able to turn the ship around in some reasonable amount of time (which was five years or less, so the time is up) they would put this shite on the market.
