Well, last night's company PR seemed to nix the possible buyout rumor. That said, I still think it is a great stock to buy. If you go back two conf calls, the CEO clearly expressed a bit of irritation in the company valuation in light of all the progress the company has made in the last couple years, especially wrt balance sheet and EV pipeline/orders/sales.
