Yes, I donít think ALNY is much far behind ARWR in the development of AAT - they are head to head. According to CT website, ALNY has already completed enrollment of patients in their P1/P2 trial and they are not recruiting patients anymore. I expect them to report data in HV subjects and also in patients in November. They will be starting P3 trial by the end of the year since they already have the safety and efficacy data in the patients. They donít have to wait until the completion of P1/P2 to start P3. P1/P2 will continue to accumulate more safety and efficacy data in parallel with P3 trial. I think ALNY and ARWR both have good drugs and they both will prosper.
