Re: It's A $26.00 Price in the SEC 8-k Filing For All INSM Offered Shares (including Any Overallotment and Will's Shares)
It's also possible there is one or two entities that were not happy with the subscription sale at this time, and at this price. As we have come to know, any of these entities can manipulate the price however they want, and maybe they have sent the message via the marketplace, that they can play games too. I think we all recognize that there was no magic date or deadline that the subscription offering should occur in May. It would have been just as beneficial to have that same offering in September after more news regarding scripts and revenues. Unless, there is bad news on the horizon, or there was something greedy going on with management. Not sure I want to speculate without the facts, but at this time there was no real known reason to do the subscription right now.
Also, as to the "key" defections, I think those are not that important. Lewis was a CFO before, and Sullivan was a Chief Medical Officer. If Dorian is correct, and we are to be purchased, why employ new people and give options, if a sale will occur.
