I found the top three in the list struck me slightly differently. Not sure my reasoning is good, but it just struck me that the qualifications seem to be getting a little more demanding....not sure that's the right term....but by that I mean the years of experience needed in qualifications are getting longer. Maybe it's just my imagination. Below is a list of the top three job openings with a couple bullet points in the qualifications section:
Head of US Market Access
15+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 7 years US market access function
5+ years experience leading and managing a team of market access professionals (including regional or national account management leadership) and working closely with senior company leaders
Director, Human Resources EU
Minimum of 10 years progressive human resources business partner experience including organizational effectiveness/change management, learning & development, and talent management. Compensation and Benefits experience is a plus.
Multi-location HR experience at a global level is essential. Experience in a Commercial stage organization is preferred.
Director, EU Compliance
At least 10 years experience in corporate compliance for a pharmaceutical or biotech company with significant experience in developing and implementing an EU healthcare compliance program
