Vision,

I found the top three in the list struck me slightly differently. Not sure my reasoning is good, but it just struck me that the qualifications seem to be getting a little more demanding....not sure that's the right term....but by that I mean the years of experience needed in qualifications are getting longer. Maybe it's just my imagination. Below is a list of the top three job openings with a couple bullet points in the qualifications section:


Head of US Market Access

• 15+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 7 years US market access function
• 5+ years experience leading and managing a team of market access professionals (including regional or national account management leadership) and working closely with senior company leaders


Director, Human Resources – EU

• Minimum of 10 years progressive human resources business partner experience including organizational effectiveness/change management, learning & development, and talent management. Compensation and Benefits experience is a plus.
• Multi-location HR experience at a global level is essential. Experience in a Commercial stage organization is preferred.


Director, EU Compliance

At least 10 years’ experience in corporate compliance for a pharmaceutical or biotech company with significant experience in developing and implementing an EU healthcare compliance program
