Amarin's statement was absurd.  (1) The contention was obviously about the current grants, not "did he ever get ANY performance related grants", and (2) the performance related element is absolutely tiny relative to all the other grants that vest on time alone (and have a big fat Change of Control provision to fully vest).

 

Anyone still defending Amarin management at this point is either brain damaged or connected with them.
