  Another BS "the MO did it" accusation - all cause mortality is not a valid endpoint for any drug trial - getting run over by a bus or shot to death by a jilted jealous lover counts just the same as a disease related death. And IIRC, the reduction in CV death was stat sig, placebo adjusted HR was not "very slight", and it deserved to be on the R-IT label, but for who knows why the FDA wouldn't allow it.
