I mostly agree with you, but AMRN was disingenuous with that Jan 11 statement saying "no action by AMRN shareholders is required at this time", when in reality if you had lent shrs you needed to get them back pronto if you wanted to vote. Even more sneaky is announcing on Jan 27 that if you didn't have shrs in your possession 4 days earlier on Jan 23, you couldn't vote them - that's a retroactive record date, should have been a forward date since it was now too late to do anything.
Sarissa proposes some kind of subscription model for selling V in the EU, but I have yet to see anyone explain exactly what that is and how it would work IRL - any idea?
