I usually start with a courtlistener.com search to see if filings are available there before going to pacer.gov. For this case go to https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/67862/amarin-pharma-inc-v-hikma-pharmaceuticals-usa/ and now that I see that it hasn't been updated there recently I click on the blue "View on Pacer" tab on the upper left side of the page just below the case caption. After entering my Pacer username and password this will bring you directly to the docket (which is one page so will cost you .10). The appendixes are under document #55.
Here's a really good example of the use of an appendix during oral arguments and then the judge going to the referenced cite and slamming the attorney. This is a Fed.Cir. case involving patent obviousness and the panel may even have one or more of the same judges that will be hearing the AMRN case. Start the recording at about 4:05 (that's 4 minutes 5 seconds) and listen for the next 3 1/2 minutes. If you have the time start from the beginning and don't be concerned about not following the patent technicalities, it's what the judges have to say in that first 8 minutes that's instructive as to the uphill battle AMRN has in order to prevail on appeal. https://www.courtlistener.com/audio/70821/laird-technologies-inc-v-parker-intangibles-llc/?q=&type=oa&order_by=score desc&argued_after=07/06/2020&court=cafc
