I read note 2 (noting what it pertains to) differently. It changes what had been reported as an exercise of 36,600 options @ $2.50 to an exercise of 24,999 options @ $2.50. It does not change the initial report of his having also exercised 49,025 @ $2.04 and 106,372 @ $1.02.
Incorporating this revision, his total cash purchase amount was $271,007, and his reportable ordinary income is $2,624,347.
