I have a decades long track record of losing investor's money.  A decade ago, I would tell people that we'd be profitable next year or next quarter.  That became so ridiculous that I stopped saying it. 

 

But now, I've finally been forced to change the model that I've insisted upon for decades; otherwise we'd default on our loan -- you know the one, the loan with outrageous interest rates and covenants that keep me on a really tight leash.   

 

So, please, invest your money with me.  It's going to be different this time.  We rent our equipment ourselves, because we can't sell it.  As you know, the barriers to entry in equipment rental make it completely impossible for anyone else to buy one of our turbines and rent it out. To rent equipment, you'd have to be able to buy it, and who can afford to do that?
