There are many possibilities here, but one which I wouldn’t mind so much would be CGRN to sell 20 million shares at $2.50 . Now I don’t like being diluted, either, but the company would be profitable. There would be 40 million shares outstanding, no debt, and a profit to build the business with. Of course you could play with numbers a bit $3, $4 even $5 a share would make for a really healthy company.
