After the 1:20 reverse-split in Nov. 2015 the price was over $4. About a month later in Dec. 2015 the price hit $1.15.
What do you think will happen when the price after the reverse-split is under $3?
From my post 77163 on 4/5/2017: "They
had a year to straighten their act up, and couldn't. They are back to
where they were prior to the last R/S, and will need another reverse
split to again avoid delisting, and another offering to raise cash.
Prescient? Nah, but it was predictable. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. Been there---done that."
The past is the past, but it sure can make one hell of a predictor.
