Pretty simple stuff.
1) Be done replacing the defective parts. This is more of an issue of, I hope they are done with the warranty crisis. But as I have said before, they have lied about the severity of warranty problems before. And they are probably doing it again. Giving us the, no big deal guys, just got take care of this real quick, won't take long, 2 years later...
2) Reduce R&D to around 1/2 a million a quarter
3) Reduce SG&A to under 4.5 million.
I mean, how is it possible that we reduced the payroll by 25% and we still have the same SG&A as we did with 70 more employees? WTF?!?!?!
Doing the above should put the cash burn around 2 million, which makes the company at least invest-able. And I am not talking about doing it for 1 quarter and then back to the drunken sailor spending, I am talking about maintaining a tight ship and attractive cash burn for over 1 year. But this is not going to happen sadly.
