On the bright side, the earlier estimate for value on the spin-offs was $7B, now they are saying $8-9B. And more interest in these spin-offs could increase that further, or maybe force someone to wrap up a deal more quickly.  Never hurts to put a couple extra $Billy into MDT coffers if some of it could trickle down to us TMDIF shareholders.
