I believe under the current "crisis"Olorinab is acting on the receptor that makes it a suitable exit drug from opiates. In the correct application we could see it replace methadone. I believe under the current "crisis" we should be fast tracked due to the addictive qualities of drugs like methadone. Cannabinoid receptors and the endocannabinoid system in reaction to Olorinab could very possibly be the answer to the methadone problem and its as real as heroin just a different pusher. |
