If ARNA can not support new discoveries in R&D they should be sold. If we have paid for past discoveries they should not be given away they also should be sold. These assets are currently publicly owned. To move them into the private sector without a percentage of ownership should at least be explained in an accounting perspective. Can just anyone peal through the past ARNA discoveries and take what they like or is this reserved for current management only?
Why sell the business before you loot the place....don't like it. I think this business should be sold before the years of research are compromised.
