A few reasons . I read it ( PR )  over and thought the opposing group had the most interest in a fair deal ( based on the # of shares they own). Hence, we ride on their coattails .

 

I didn't like the CVR rights since those often aren't exercised. Figured they were thrown in as an enticement .

 

And, I guess I felt that SESN was simply doing damage control.  

 

I read the PR very early this a.m. so might not have been fully thinking of the situation . My take is probably incorrect !
