From memory Trodelvy showed 1/3 of patients had a response of tumor shrinkage with none showing complete response. And of those only one sixth (1/6 x 1/3 = 1/18th of trial participants) had tumor shrinkage last a year. Not negligible, but that sounds like something to MAYBE prolong life a while - nothing to make a patient or oncologist react "OMG, I could be cured".
With Holly's little ones, I'm convinced she's trying to find the 'home-run-ball' Lelazari referred to, not a two-out bunt single that I feel Trodelvy offers (going with this analogy) since Holly family is down in the bottom of the ninth.
