www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.05.02.20084673v1.full.pdf Note that it is archived as an unpublished manuscript at this site, surprisingly, to me, because I would think, if it had been submitted to a journal with the intention of publication, submission to a site such as this would be frowned upon by a journal publisher. In fact, and I don't think this has changed in the years since I was submitting scientific manuscripts, one signs an assurance that the journal to which one is submitting a manuscript is the only one to which the manuscript is being submitted, until an editorial decision is reached. Along with NP's lack of recent mention of the article, this makes me wonder if the PR value of the archived manuscript was deemed to be of more value than a rigorously reviewed publication.
