Yes, the email from NP about submitting the BLA even if it was not complete is damaging. However, my guess is that there was lots of back and forth on the BLA submission. My guess is that more information will be forthcoming. We just don't know what representations were made by Amarex. NP clearly knew that Amarex had the email he sent. Even so, he sued them. Why? My guess is that NP is comfortable with all of the information being released.. I do not think it makes sense to view the single email in isolation. Having said that, the excuse NP used when he sold shares never made sense. He could have exercised his options to provide funds for the company and held the shares. The fact that he didn't means he wanted the cash rather than shares. Of course, the shares he sold were accumulated over time when the company's prospects were much grimmer. I can not blame NP for securing his financial future. I do blame him for telling the tale that he was doing for the company.
THe bottom line is that the evidence is accumulating that Leronlimab works across a wide range of indications. The company has in place some serious people that can move LL to the finish line. I am assuming that the additions to the Board are approved as well as the increase in shares. It will be interesting to see what gets presented today.
