"...or it could be some miner details need to be worked out. Time will tell."
I understood that the lawsuit was dismissed because of a signed settlement agreement. There should not be any minor details to yet work out---otherwise, there would be no "agreement" and the lawsuit would not have been dismissed. TURV had been down this road a few years ago with the Welton Water Group, albeit with different and slightly less dishonest Management.
Regardless, there should have been an 8K filed, or at least a PR announcing the lawsuit being dismissed.
I guess I'm different. With an ex-con-CEO who did time for fraud and theft, and an ex-con-COB who did time for embezzlement and theft, I automatically assume the worst when things go sideways. Most others seem to assume the best from the worst of us.
About 20 years ago I was with a group of guys in Dallas who were regaling each other with their tales of their own police and jail experiences. When it was my turn I said, "I've never been arrested or seen the inside of jail". One of the guys looked at me in awe, and said, "I've never known anyone who has never been in jail?. I replied, "what can I say, I was an Eagle Scout and an acolyte."
