I have also confirmed two other things. The Cucharas Dam will store 66,000 AF and there was a meeting yesterday between the dam engineers and the construction company. Dam construction should begin this week or next. During this waiting period on the agreement, GP has worked with Colorado State officials to get the Cucharas Dam construction not only approved but enlarged. The Orlando Dam should be back in GP/TURV's hands within 30 days. I have again been told by my Butte Valley contacts TURV should have a % of assets and no debt. We now wait for the 8-K and other SEC filings to be completed to verify those assertions.
I am assuming with the agreement and lawsuit behind us, more announcements will be forthcoming. It has been a long journey but all of us who remained optimistic have been rewarded for our patience. I will post this and the Judge's order on the old TURV board.....just in case any new people go there for information. Obviously those posting on the old board were woefully wrong in their assumptions about TURV going BK.
Best Regards,
