Membership Drive Update: In the first 48 hours we've hit almost 20% of our goal. An encouraging start to be sure, but we can't stop now. We need to pull enough subscription revenue forward to counter severe cash flow deficits resulting from a dramatic slow-down in ad spend thanks to the global pandemic which shows no signs of letting up in the near-term. We're doing everything in our power to keep our heads above some very choppy water, but we can't do it alone. We need your help. So if you've ever thought about giving our premium service a try, there's no better time to do it than right now by taking advantage of one of our discounted multi-year plans. Thanks in advance for your continued loyalty & support!

113,473,031 TURV Shares Outstanding Verified By Transfer Agent
Stooler, would you please ask Ming or Gare about this? Or perhaps one of them would simply deign to answer directly. Here is the link to OTC Markets: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TURV/security
According to Broadridge as of yesterday, 73,395,741 TURV shares are "Unrestricted." Another ~40 million TURV shares are "Restricted." Harrington and other insiders, plus any recent private issuance, would be in the Restricted cohort. The "Float" number of ~41 million shares listed from last year is now stale (and unverified), and the real float must be this unrestricted 73,395,741 shares.
We can disagree about things but should at least be working with the correct denominator. According to OTC Markets, these current numbers have been verified by Broadridge.
So, my question is: "how and for what purpose did an additional ~30 million unrestricted shares get issued and spun into the marketplace?"
My TD Ameritrade account still shows 87.15 million TURV outstanding, but this OTC Markets information appears to be correct and real-time. TIA
