Maybe not directly, but possibly indirectly?

I ask that because I seem to remember Ross, or maybe one of the other directors, stating that TGA Canada production was being curtailed, by Canadian oil reduction measures, to counter falling prices due to the lack of pipeline/rail to move supply. Not sure if the curtailment was voluntary or mandatory. What I took out of it was TGA's Canada production numbers could have been better, but for...
