Turnover is always a concern. Sangamo has experienced a brain drain for several years which requires cash and time resources to recruit and train replacements. This sector is growing rapidly with much more innovation outside the company than within. New companies always tap into experience to give them a leg up as they attempt to put their own organization together. Stagnant stock price and Crispr progress contributes to the departures.
No idea if there are any issues specific to Sangamo that are causative but don't expect we've seen the end of it.
