Another legitimate question for you: does the high level attrition concern you at all, and do you think it in any way reflects on SM, the company, or the culture, or do you think it is par for the course?
In fairness, it would appear that just about every organization, including the one I work for, is currently experiencing a lot of attrition/movement at this point in time, and it isn't all that surprising at this point in time, though a lot of SGMO heavy hitters left before current conditions manifested.
