Re: One Month To Go ...Hopefully this stage of the game ends far sooner than the last and finishes this whole sordid little story... I think you are effectively parroting the phrase I heard frequently in April 2003. "This is a meritless case with no evidence of wrongdoing by IBM. It will hopefully all be over before Christmas." To be fair, to those unfamiliar with the US courts of chancery (aka civil courts) it is reasonable to assume that completely meritless cases would be swiftly dismissed. |
