Judge Dearie is doing everything within his power here to assist the DOJ in preventing future delaying tactics by Trump's lawyers, not just in this document review, but in the overall investigation and potential indictment of Trump. It is brilliant, and I would not like to be the person explaining this to Trump.
Despite Judge Dearie's order the three judges of 11th circuit appellate bench have unanimously agreed to stay judge "loosey;s" order to stay the hearing pending the a[[ointment of a special master. This judgment was rendered within a single day, indicating that the issues involved were clear and uncomplicated. They also noted that there was a clear abuse of discretion concerning jurisdiction over the classified materials which was reason to block her stay of the investigation by the DOJ.
