I wonder if they denied both of these just because they are moot and the Court didn't want to hear them, or if they denied them on procedural grounds. Both of these cases are still pending in their respective Courts of Appeal (20-858 in the Ninth Circuit, 20-859 in the Seventh Circuit), so it seems to me that she jumped the gun just a bit in filing these with the Supreme Court.
