Erick Kaardal, of the Thomas More Society, was the lead attorney for a raft of plaintiffs who filed a lawsuit against the usual suspects (the battleground states) seeking to overturn the entire US Presidential election. Just 2 weeks after filing this momentous lawsuit, however, he had it voluntarily dismissed. Judge Boasberg was not impressed. He has now ordered that Kaardal "... be referred to the Committee on Grievances." Something about "bad faith". I sense an after-school detention coming.
On a positive note, apparently Kaardal was able to successfully "serve" the Electoral College. Or, at least, he claimed to have done so.
