Any news on your "a research" proving that all those SysV license holders were actually developing BSD systems?
I'm sure that you could ping Darl and let him know there's a typo or many in Caldera's claims against IBM, and that they could have saved all that expensive (and apparently impossible) searching of IBM's AIX source repository for direct copying into Linux if only they had known at the time it was BSD code all along.
Or perhaps you could "man up" and simply admit that you're wrong. It'll make you feel better about yourself. Remember, we're all wrong sometimes, it's only when we pretend that we're not that the problems start.
