Re: The evidence is overwhelming, Amendment 2 transferred copyrights ... "The Santa Cruz Operation, Inc. owns the copyright to these very old versions of UNIX." ...
If I read the comments around the idiot's post correctly [you're still on ignore, stupid], a bunch of developers back in the day wanted legacy-SCO to release the old UNIX sources, so the idiot takes this as proof they must have transferred?
Ignore the actual *contract*, the court cases, their appeals etc, and go by some letter sent to the company by folks unfamiliar with the legalities.
Frankly Novell, er, Attachmate, er, Micro Focus :-) might as well release the sources for all the good it's doing them. Even the still-extant legacy-RISC Unices aren't based on anything before SysV so SysIII and earlier are just historical documents at this point.
And in any event it's irrelevant to this discussion since the best Dolt McBungle could come up with was "Is that all you've got?" since THERE IS NO UNIX CODE IN LINUX.
SCOX DELETA EST!!
