Having to weork hard today to keep it going north - too busy doing the manipulation to keep posting garbage. It is obvious.

No stock trades up like this on small buy orders and large sell orders. This is obviously unregulated, or they'd be in the hoosegow by now..

My roommate and I dropped out of class at spring break in 1976. We hitchhiked to Albuquerque, where he grew up, and got jobs building houses. I began to settle in. I did go back east for the bicentennial fireworks, and protests.
I returned to Albo -turkey by mid-summer ('76) with a backpack of my treasures, planning to stay for the long haul. The house we could afford was down in the SW barrio below Silver. To keep the prowlers out, we kept our collection of rattlesnakes in terrariums in the windows, it scarred the junkies off good.
I got soon tired of pounding nails, and began to look around the university for a head job. I ran into this skinny geek working on the Altairs with the blinking lights. I showed the guy a punch tape, which was a terminal program I had been working on since 9th grade to graph parabolas and other trajectories graphically.
At the end of the summer, we had a wild party,I invited the kick-ass framers and what not. Not surprisingly, the police showed up. My roommate scarred them off by waving our bigest snake in their face. We all ended up in the hoosegow, and the landlord unceremoniously evicted us and the snakes.
In the uproar of the party, snake-assault, and eviction. My precious little graphing punch tape disappeared. The skinny little geek started avoiding me. All the chaos soured me on Albuquerque, and I left for the west coast.
Sometime in the spring of 1977, I saw a demo of the new MS BASIC on the new Apple II. The graphic was a parabolic tragectory striking a target. Damm, that looked familiar.

Reason? WTF? Who needs a reason with this stock?

This is the only traded stock I know of where a player can be selling off 14% of the common stock outstanding and it can RISE while being sold.

That defies common sense. Of course, so does anyone stupid enough to buy into the stock, but then again, this is SCO Group, the company that seems to have teflon armor and a player who seems to hold the government at bay when they should all be in the hoosegow by now.

"You guys need to have more frequent meetings. Apparently chad has not been paying attention to the "SCO started this war" and "us against them" rhetoric that has floated through this group for the last couple of years."

As a person who was directly affected by SCO's investors, I can say wholeheartedly this: "Bite me."

SCO Group's choice of strategy (pumping the stock through brokers, analysts and the corporate media) ran afoul of the schemers who chose to buy stock in this company all the while that they were pumping the stock as a strong buy without disclosing that fact to the investing public. Doing so in the media, without full disclosure, IS a crime.

No matter how you try to slice it - it remains a matter for investigation, potential prosecution and is ill-advised. Someone should ask Slivar (sp?) who spent the weekend in the hoosegow about how theft of funds works in non-disclosures of transactions that benefit the hedge fund managers and not the investors.

There remains that very serious outstanding issue that is central to the whole process here. It taints everything else, and as long as that matter remains outstanding, unresolved and unattended - then there can be no proper end to this saga.

For the record: "You guys" need to get together and realize that the gig is up. The rhetoric coming from your nym is beginning to sound more like the after-effect of a diarrhetic.

If SCO Group had played this honestly, then they may have had sympathy. They chose their grand strategy and their players early on, but never expected that talented people would be upset, even after they acted as they did. Honestly, did they expect that they could come out into the press, spit on everyone and then find love at the end of the day? Their mistake, and unless you are a member of that company or promote those theories - you have no reason to care or even be here stirring the board.

As for me, I have a reason, and enough people know what that reason is. Further, I grow weary of the BS, but don't mistake that for inattention, distraction or apathy. None of that will occur here as long as I draw a breath - and I plan to do that for at least another sixty years or so - if only to see the end of the promoters and dance on their graves.

When you have a reason to be here - I might listen. I know why I am here, and that's for Justice. The rest doesn't affect me - your disputes are just so much hot air without meaning or reason (much like the company's strategy). The end result: destroyed brand, lost customers, persona non grata image is one that SCO Group own all by themseves - they earned that enmity on their own.

BTW: When are you going to unmask? Are you a SCO Group board member, a buddy of Ledite's (who has a lot to answer for - being that he had and used insider information by his own admission to trade the stock here - what a giant dumb ass), or just another wannabe pot-stirrer, or a friend of little Robby's? Either way, it doesn't matter. Facts are facts, no matter how you spin them.

Looking forward to seeing the schemers do time.

Have a nice day. Full disclosure does matter, no matter how many people try to sugar coat the crimes.

The People versus the SCO Group, let this stand for the record, that whenever a man doth protest that his sworn enemy hath not delivered, it can be certain that he planneth not to deliver himself especiallay when that delivery might just tip the balance of his case by revealing his knickers and catching the bigger flies.

Darl, you sly dog, you proved me right. You are a total loser. You knew you had no evidence and you tried to conceal your complicity in the bigger schemes didn't you?

You know, when all is said and done, I will visit you in the hoosegow just to ask you what could have motivated you to think you would be ablt to bluff your way through this? You couldn't hire first-rate cheerleaders, much less be convincing at anything other than your complete lack of understanding of the law.

Have a nice day all. Don't worry, be happy. The Truth will set you free.

Seems the other boy has gone for his fedora, as he's hypocritical to the core. New Palestine had a lot of doomish packetry back in the day. Wonder if anyone's rummaged through the command line cowboy's backpack and found the old images?

BTW: ThinkAtomic and SCM, wonder if the C is connected to BC formerly a VIP at Canopy? Maybe they got together to come up with legal wizardry after a few stolis and made their love connection to the patsy by supplying the OSC to make the P2P worm a thing for all to see.

Anyway, have a nice day. Laugh, relax, they couldn't keep it on the QT because of the need to pound their chests. That's what made their actions so amusing. They aren't anything more than script kiddies playing in their little sandboxes with each other. If the business community really knew who to blame, this group would be in the hoosegow by now for the $8 Bllion in claimed damages.
